Build Insight was created to solve a common problem: too many projects get delayed, redesigned, or run into expensive issues because the drawings and planning don’t match how buildings actually go together.

I’m a Red Seal carpenter with 27 years of experience in residential construction. I’ve spent my career building homes, additions, renovations, and ADUs — not just designing them. That hands-on background shapes everything I do.

Before starting Build Insight, I owned and operated a home building and ADU company. That experience taught me where projects typically go wrong: unclear drawings, poor coordination with municipalities, and advice that doesn’t account for real construction conditions.

At Buildinsight, I focus on practical, buildable solutions. I prepare clear drawings, manage the permit process, and provide construction consulting so your project moves forward with fewer surprises.
